Clutch switch/NLTS/Speed sensor question

Hello. Today I've installed my clutch switch (because stock Colt doesn't have it) and stationary rev limit is working in the same way as in Evo (I had Evo 9).

I am just not sure if I don't have vehicle speed sensor plugged, will NLTS be work?
Is speed sensor really required for NLTS ?

Up and one more thing:
stat rev limiter needs 100% throttle or doesn't matter ?

So...because I didn't find the answer. I just take my time and check everything.
Answer is for NLTS or stat rev limit ecu MUST see signal from VSS. Maybe I should know this without work, but now I am really sure.

Regards from Poland guys
