Car Runs Lean at WOT regardless of MAP

Guys, I'm pulling my hair out and I would like to keep as much as possible. Been working with a respected tuner, but no matter what changes are made to the MAP (such as super rich) the wideband continues to show low 13s at WOT. Log

Keep in mind my wideband has been working for over a year perfectly and I just replaced the o2 sensor in the hopes that was the problem. At idle and crusing, it reads perfectly fine at 14.7~. The only things done over the winter was add GSC S2 cams + Springs, Full Race Header, and cleaned out the cat.

What suggestions do you have that might be causing this or what I might try to fix this issue. I've already missed quite a few events and don't really want to miss many more.

Thanks

Tuning for 93 octane
Current mods: FP Black, Intake, GSC S2 Cams, Full Race Header, 1000cc injectors, 65mm Throttle Body, UICP & LICP, Buschur Race FMIC, 3" TB Exhaust, Cat in Place (but empty).

Mmmm. I'll give it a shot, but it's hitting full boost at 4200rpms which is about right on a FP black.

holding the boost is normal, if it's not a huge hole somewhere

as above, do a test, you'll be really surprised

Does it go lean the moment you go wot? or does it progressively lean towards higher RPM?

Did a boost leak test. Did not see any bubbles or hear any hissing. Not saying there couldn't be but it would have to be the most elusive leak possible. I've done the test a year before and caught a few mInor and a major leak.

fuel pump going bad? bad fuel pump relay? Injectors not flowing properly? FPR not holding correct fuel pressure?

Evo X's had the same problem but it was the fuel pump relay that needed to be replaced. It probably has nothing to do with your tune. Its probably mechanical.

How old is the fuel pump? Check sock filter on pump for crud. Is fuel pressure good?

Pump installed on 7/9/09.

'm going to attempt a check of the fuel filter tomorrow. I saw another thread similar to mine which they found the filter to be pretty dirty and clogged up.

Unfortunately I have no way to check fuel pressure.

Just as a question:
If injectors/pump/filter were the issues wouldn't/would I notice sluggishness/sputtering when going WOT?

Checked the fuel pump filter just now. Other than discolored from the gas, it looks almost perfect.

Could still leave the fuel pump as junk.

If a pump is going out one of the first clues could be car going lean at wot. Basically pump can not keep up with demand. I have not really seen fuel discolor a pump. However I have seen bad gas have microbiological growth in it and that turns everything black.

Are you going over 380 2byte load? If so you you may wanna tell your tuner that is your problem...
