I know this thread is old but I happened to stumble across it.. For anyone else searching, the noise you're hearing from the injectors on tip-in is normal. The whole idea of the asynchronous accel fuel pulse is that it fires the injectors in a "batch" of very quick and short pulses, often 3-5 times per cycle, but only on tip-in. Under normal operation, any one particular injector will only fire once per cycle. The "buzz" you're hearing on tip-in is this rapid batch fire of the injectors. These newer EV14 style injectors are notoriously loud. Any injector will make the same noise, but most can't be heard as easily as these.
