Tuners in Europe

I'm planning some upgrades to my Evo and was wandering is there any tuning company in EU-area which sells Evo-parts? I've tried intensive googling, but could not find anything. Any help is appreciated since it is damn expensive to ship exhaust for example from USA or Japan. Also, you have to pay customs and VAT.

It all depends on what language you speak. If you speak deutch or french you are good. There are a plenty of shops in Germany. Theres one in Holland that has a 4wd dyno and specializes in Mitsu. Theres also a couple of hidden places here in Belgium. If you tell me wher you are going to I can point you in the right direction. Or you can just go to this site http://www.lancerevoclub.org/index.shtml If you need to know anything about Evos in Europe Kevin will hook you up.

Thanks for the info! I'm going to Germany anyway in july so I thought I could get some parts there. Unfortunately I speak only english and swedish as foreign languages, thats why it is so hard to find shops in Germany with google.

I aint laughing at ya. Your best bet, assuming that you are military is order on online and get it shipped to your apo. No one in Europe is going to know how to tune a OZ much less get you the parts you need. Get a kit with ECU then head over to the auto skills center and spend the day working on it. Order a bunch of spare little things like gaskets and washers cause you cant just go to Autozone and pick up some stuff.

Well a lot of Germans speak some English so you should be good. Im supprised you cant get the parts in Sweden (sp). When I went to the Nurburgring last month were over 100 Evos and I think there were some from Sweden.

You should jump on http://www.lancerregister.com not sure if you already know about them, but a bunch of them are from Germany and can help you out.

It all depends on what make of aftermarket parts you require. There are plenty in the UK. If the product is not on the website, you may need to call them. They should ship to you too:

http://www.vividracing.com/catalog/v...1_184_193_1963 (US but good for bodykits)
http://www.wrc-tech.co.uk/mitsubishi-index.htm

There are many others including owen developments and norris designs who are best to phone rather than look at their sites. Hope this helps

Hi guys,

I'm just about to buy my new EVO IX and I have the same issue: I am from Romania and over here you find zero specialists who could really modify such a car. So I intend to make a trip or two to Hungary/Germany and it would be really helpful to know some addresses. OldschoolEVO was talking about a lot of german tuners: can you please give us some links?...
Thanks!

redline06 - I have not used their service yet, only because I am utilizing my current flash (Works P2R) and getting the evoscan with AEM UEGO and SAFC II for fine tuning. I will also be doing my own cam timing adjustment (-4,-1) once the new turbo (20G9-5LT) gets here.. but the ones that have used his services on other cars have had nothing but good things to say about him..
