Considering we stopped at 31Psi (480TQ) on MS109 Race Gas - 28PSI is about right for E-85
each cars different..

Why does everyone get boost taper so much?

I have the green too and my boost won't taper. I hold 25psi till redline. Heck I am still fighting a little boost creep at times too. Darn cold weather.

I think you could extract a bit more if you keep the boost till redline. Certainly your power won't fall off at 7K.

Great numbers though. I am very impressed with that TQ.....Your car must be a blast to drive.

Congrats ! ! !

2.3L genius The fact that my car is making 400whp at 7k is incredible with such a mismatched combo (2.3L/Green)... I'm SOOOO happy with the top-end, The turbo hangs in there so much better on E-85 then it did on race gas even.

Nice, you should still be able to run it out to 31psi though even on E85. Our 1G racecar runs 47 from a 4202 on E98.

I would have been shocked if My car could run 31psi on E-85 That's what i run on MS109 -Which is MUCH MORE POTENT STUFF
The motor hated any timing down low and was prone too knock at higher boost levels.. 28psi was what worked in the equation..

Almost all E85 cars hate timing down low, part of the joys of the fuel. Dont get me wrong it is what it is, but its not uncommon to have some negative timing numbers at higher boost on the spike.

My current combo at 31psi is about -2 and it comes up pretty quick by 6k and flattens out the top. On the Green it was a little better but not much. That torque looks like alot of fun

I dont think 109 is more potent though. E85 is some serious stuff when you really put the screws to it.
