I'm running the stock wastegate. My boost was set to 28psi, and at 7k rpm's it had bled down to 25psi.

Track results with new mods

I went to Orlando Speed World last night to test out my new set-up. The stock clutch was slipping pretty bad, but other then that the car ran strong! My best time of the night was 12.058 @ 114.9mph. I'll be upgrading my clutch after my national auto-x event in 2 weeks, so i'll have better 1/4 mile times after that

I doubt you are running 25psi on 7k...are you looking at a boost gauge or actually datalogging it with a map? You would be the first person ever to hold that much especially with an MBC on stock turbo. You are more likely holding 19-20psi maybe.

He would not be the first. My car would do that when I was on the stock turbo, with a tune by jester. I was spiking 27 and holding 24 by 7000.

Then again the numbers in my sig are from when jester tuned my car on pump 93 (no meth or mixing of any kind). We could not go any farther because we ran out of fuel. Even then it would hold 23 at 7500.

I cant believe you are able to run that much boost! That's ridiculous on 93! Enjoy the car man.

Thanks for the info. That's not called bleeding it's pretty normal for boost level to bleed to 22 psi at 7000rpm when on stock turbo / wga. I'm sure you/your tuner have modified the stock wga in order to hold that much boost though. Either way great build, enjoy
