evo 8 with gsc s1s

im looking at these 2 dymo runs and im thinking that something has got to be wrong somewhere....the first run was done on the std engine with downpipe and cat delete.. 281whp at 18psi.....the second one 317whp was with the gsc s1 added and cat back, same 18psi...im looking at the gain with the S1's and the loss in the lower rpm...both runs were with 90oct fuel, and the same tunner.....does this look normal?

You're not losing anything down low, the graph looks like that because the S1 run was started at 3000rpm whereas the stock cam run was started at 2250rpm.

ooops,,, i feel silly now,, i was reading the graph wrong,....anyway it still seems im loosing 16whp, and 26ftlb at 3000rpm, the second dyno started a little b4 3000......thats not so bad,,but the car feels like it comes on hard at 4000rpm........i guess i would be able to get back that loss if i advanced the cams a degree or so

throw on a set of cam gears and advance them a bit maybe 1-2degree's... doing this will pull a bit off the topend but will probably match the low end numbers for you.
