Thanks again for working with me. The tune and the port work from you Wayne played the biggest role in my success. After all you put down some great numbers with a similar setup on a low reading mustang dyno and E-85. So call me a fan boy but I wanted the same port work you did for your own personal car. Ladies and Gents if your going to do a red for big hp on stock block and pump. Do it the right way get your turbo, exh mani, intake mani, and TB ported by PPI

I also had spikes. Then I switch to old FP 18 PSI WGA and no more problems. So doublecheck your WGA.

Thanks I researched this build until my eyes bleed. I still think there is more power to be made. I purchased an air filter that was used in the filter shootout test but the clearance was very tight. I'm going to see if I can make it fit and work if I can get this Amsoil filter on then I hope to make maybe an additional 5-10hp @28psi

As you can see I don't really have any boost spike issue. The turbo lags the hits 28psi and and gradually decreases to 26.9 by redline. But maybe it's because I'm running an EBC I don't know. I know people sometimes have boost spike and creep issues with a MBC.

I'm running the 18psi HP WGA no issues. Shoot Jimmy an e-mail let him know he should be able to find a solution for spiking.

I don't think so but I would suggest you call FP to find out. My red was a new 80mm red.
