530whp FPRed TTP meth injected big boost built motor!

Brian's another great customer of ours. He has been with us for some time now. He started with a stock turbo car with a GFB BOV and injen intake kit which was a great start.

After a substantial build up he was able to achieve 11's on the stock turbo before moving onto a big buildup. With the core high end engine build ready for big power it was Brian's time to decide what turbo to mate the capable engine to.

After a few weeks of thinking it over and enjoying the built motor, he settled on the FPRed with new high pressure oil feed line. Once the wait was over, the Red came in and we put it on.

Some new patches were release for the stock ECU which included map switching tephramods. We decided to make some changes from the maftpro map switching to direct ECU map switching so that the methanol injection high boost map had its own ignition and fueling maps.

This setup is about as safeguarded as it gets. We have also employed Zeitronix full wideband system to switch maps to pump fueling and ignition timing with boost cut to 20psi in any case of fault. High EGT, lean AFR will all be protected with passive map switching which we have set up to automatically protect the engine and switch maps in case of an issue with the meth injection system.

The maps will not switch to high boost timing and fueling until the meth injection has been confirmed to be flowing.

Anyhow, enough about the safety and reliability of our tuning, the results were 426whp on 93 octane and 530whp on high boost. Here is the graph:

From your tuning experience what do you think is better, E85 or Meth Injection? It seems like the Meth injection and high boost resulted in some pretty high numbers on the FP Red.. I think even with E85 it would be hard to reach those numbers. I'll be going with E85 soon myself and with the mods I have below, an ecuflash tune, and o2 housing dump I hope to reach 370-380whp.. just curious if pump and meth injection would produce higher numbers is all.
