Good. I am happy that you got that housing ported and should be back to get finished up. Just think your car getting tuned would ensue this.

Got the turbo back on but I am definitely hitting fuel cut by about 5500, right when the turbo hits hard. It hits 30lbs of boost before it cuts out.

Is it sooner or later than it was on the unported housing?

What I can recall about the boost maps in the AEM on your old setup is that there was no boost control. Only wastegate pressure 0% duty cycle.

The new mapping does have target boost and some duty cycle.

Its seems to be around the same time. 5500 - 6000 rpms. Overall, the car seems a little smoother though. AFR's were still good also, 11.9 WOT and 13.4-14.0 on idle. I'll do some logging tonight when I get home. It was boosting to 34psi before, only 30 now. A little better. Im not sure what the target boost is set at. I thought it was around 27-28.

Congrats on power. But on the hot side issue like previously stated by shearer yes you can use the .63 t3 hot side on a 62/62 we done it plenty of time but we did run into the same problem with the wastegate location and it being a ams application made it difficult to find another housing for it and the solution we found is keeping the actual housing that came with the turbo and placing the wastegate off the manifold slightly modifying it. But we are glad you got it all figured out and cant wait to see final results.

Thanks! The car is currently sitting. I'm having some fueling issues that I cant figure out. I think its either a bad fuel pump, fuel lines are too small, or my fpr acting up.
