No your not wrong but I'm on pump gas also I can go to 32.5 no problem on pump gas around 620ish

Well It's my boys car and I'll let him disclose that if he wants too. I'm not here to list the entire set up but I mean there can only be but so many options other than mixing your own gas lol.

 

And being as I'm getting phone calls out the *** telling me to come on here and change the number to 35 like OP (red bulls son) wants me too. How about hell no. This is a sport and should be about fun. The boost was set with a target of 40 psi to red line and it tapered off to 39-38 at red line. If my boy wants to come and post his data log then hey so be it but there is no reason to lie. I'm here complimenting not shouting down a car and the owner who I have been friends with for years.

It is dfinitely not pumpgas. It could be any of the known types or maybe one of the special mixes, but I don't understand the secrecy...

And why someone would want you to post lower boost pressures when all the community knows and understands that to make this power you need good gas and boost...

Anyway! The car is beautiful and very powerful! The owner should enjoy it!

 

Exactly my point man. It makes no sense to me. I just got off the phone with my boy (The owner) and he himself just laughed. This is a sport like I said. There is absolutely no reason to lie about horsepower being made on a particular set up. That kind of thing ruins a community. How else are we supposed to learn. Plus its nothing new to you guys anyways. That kind of thing is the reason why mr2 forums like mine are so stuck in the past. Everyone things everything is a secret or lying about horsepower and set ups. It's Childish. Even if this was a business...still. Be honest

 

39psi sounds much better. Thats nice power i see that car drive around my shop all the time sounds crazy . BUMP for RED BULL cant wait to see what it can do down the Quarter street/or strip LOL!!

 

We should be suprising quite a few people this year. IF* I was the one driving that car there would even be a few more suprises but I guess you all will see.
