Just Another Buschur Racing 700whp Evo....
As most of you have seen, David made a video of the tear down of my previous engine. It was BR’s standard 2.0L Crower rod/JE piston motor. The motor looked fantastic. Here’s the link to the video if you haven’t seen it.

The new motor consists of GRP aluminum rods and 10:1 compression pistons (forget the manufacturer). The other upgrades over the old setup are the BR Fabricated Intake Manifold, ID2000 injectors and the HTA3586 turbo.
Basic mod list:
BR 2.0L shortblock
BR Stage 3 head
BR BF272 cams
BR Fabricated Intake Manifold
ID2000 injectors
BR Fuel Rail
BR Double Pumper (with pressure relief mod done)
BR Turboback
Full Race/BR custom turbo kit
HTA3586 turbo with .82ar T3 GT turbine housing
BR Race FMIC
BR Intercooler Pipes
AEM EMS
BR Dual Stage Boost Controller
Exedy Triple Cerametallic
Bushwacker Transmission
The old setup had a HTA3582 .82ar turbo on it. It made 553whp on 93 octane and ~630whp on Q16. The fastest runs were 10.44@135 on pump gas and 9.91@146 on Q16.
The new setup made ~580whp on 93 octane and 701whp on E85. Hope to get the car to the track in the next couple weeks to see what it does. If not, I’ll definitely be at the Buschur Sport Compact Shootout at the end of May. I'm hoping for mid-9's at 150+MPH.
I've done a couple pulls on the street and this thing is insanely fast! I dropped back into 2nd gear at 40 MPH and layed into it.....it spun all 4 tires!
Thanks again to David and all the guys at Buschur for putting up with my incessant questions!!!
93 octane graph
565 horsepower
416 torque

E85 graph
701 horsepower
548 torque

Not quite sure I understand the question. Are you talking about the weather correction factor or the mythical Dyno Dynamics correction factor?
So far, while cruising around the car really doesn't feel any different than my old setup, which was a standard compression motor and the HTA3582. But its ridiculously different from about 5000RPM on up!!
