506whp 93 octane FpBlk internal gate to MAP 02 eliminator ext gate DP

2005 Evo 8
TurboTrix Built 2.0
TurboTrix Ported Racehead
Kelford 272
Magnus cast
FIC 1000cc
Sparktech Non-CDI
ETS 4" core
ETS small runner header
FP Blk
MAP 02 Eliminator with tial MV38
Stock ECU with SD and GrimSpeed BCS
ETS 3" IC piping
TurboTrix SD intake

The 460whp baseline was done with an Invidia 02 housing, FP inlet, HKS DLI and 2.5" IC piping. Dyno room temps were around 103 degrees on the baseline and 106 after the parts install. Parts added for the 46whp gain, MAP 02 Eliminator, SparkTech non-CDI, ETS 3" IC pipes and Turbotrix inlet. Car was retuned for the new parts, AFR changed 1 complete point, so we are def moving some more air with the new goodies. More info tomorrow.. I am beat!

With the FP Black, did you remove the internal wastegate flapper, enlarge the wastegate discharge exhaust housing, and port the **** out of my hotside? Match porting with MAP Stainless Steel 38mm MVS O2 Eliminator?

Planning to go with the MAP Stainless Steel 38mm MVS O2 Eliminator when make the move from the FP Red to Black. Really appreciate your post. I've been waiting for months to see some results from anyone.

AWESOME RESULTS! CONGRATS!

Flapper was not removed. Flapper was welded in the open position. The torque reading is not correct as there was a pick up problem with the passes after his baseline.
