BBKB 460whp/380 wtq! on 93..

Well,

this is one of the original test unit cars... back on the dyno today (our client was in Brazil for a couple of months)

this is in 3rd gear.. MR 6 speed.

Mods are:

CBRD BBKB
CBRD FMIC
CBRD LICP
CBRD JMF Exhaust Manifold
Invidia O2 Housing
Catless, resonated test pipe
Perrin Intake
Perrin 3 port
ETS UICP for stock battery
Synapse compact in pull mode (running one port)
PTE 1000cc
Single pump
Ported Head upgraded valves and springs
GSC S2 cams
Ported Intake Manifold and tbody---

Here are the results: 93 octane Fuel:

Very strong,

without smoothing the peak was ~461/387 at exactly 30psi...

I dont like to run them much higher than this on pump, so its a good limit LOL!

this was the third pull, first one to fully rev to 7300 rpm...

I will post a 4th gear overlay to show spool, this is 27.7 psi by 4000rpm in 3rd!

Cheers

cb

he asked us to pick everything,

originally the car had a tomei before the BBKB, he bought the tomei and wanted then to sell it for the BBKB, but I was curious what the tomei would do, it was "ok"... definetly spooled nice.. I will post the tomei overlay..

he has been away for 2 months, so im about to finish up tuning so he can take it with him!

So it definitely pays to listen to your tuner! Good choice in parts! I'm really thinking of toning it down and getting a bbk-b

here is an overlay,

same basic map with some WGDC changes to drop boost...

you can see how the change in boost pressure directly affects the power/torque...

[QUOTE=pizzamanevo8;8921298]So it definitely pays to listen to your tuner!

Is this case, absolutely. But, there are tons of hackjobs out there with a tatrix cable attached to a laptop that call themselves tuners.

What is it about these turbos making ridiculous power on pump gas? this thing makes more power than my Black on 93.
