9500 rpm setup?

Hi...

Is there any special setup for the engine to make 9500 rpm?
2.0L evo 9
-Rods
-pistons
-Studs
-race bearings
-cams
-Balancer shaft
-Valve springs
Special clearance for bearings?
I need some experience please

IMO! You should have a turbo that will make power that high in the rpms. Kiggly hla pressure regulator, Gsc zero tick lifters, camshafts that make power at high rpms. (gscs3)
