spoke with a friend of mine he painted the GST-L he said its a varent of the TB even tho its a base, but i did check dealer they said its labrador black pearl and not the usual Tarmac black

And like it has already been said, Tarmac black = Labrador black pearl, as they have the same exact paint code. What happen was when your car was repainted, the paint shop didnt correctly mix that paint to make the "tarmac black/Labrador black pearl" color (if you dont know, they have many "base" colors/tints and mix those in correct proportions to get XXXX color).
So what you have isnt "Labrador black pearl". Its just a mistake/painting error. It is a one of a kind color though, because of that mistake.
