Dyno Tuned Stock IX GSR

So I took my stock Evo IX GSR-SE to get a dyno tuned a few days ago in Union City at Full Function Tech and here are the results.

@BryanF: The tuner told me he thinks my engine might be mildly modded. As far as I can tell, its stock. Engine bay looks unmolested and exhaust is stock. Only thing I told him to do was remove the boost solenoid restrictor.

@Fantrman: Yes, I can definetly feel the differences. It responds quicker and seems to pull harder as well.

Looks good. Picked up around 40 to the wheels from the stock tune. Visit the 916 thread sometime when you get a chance and introduce yourself neighbor.

I sure will drop by when I get a chance and I'm pretty happy with these numbers since the evo will be staying stock for awhile.

I like seeing tunes on stock or stock-ish cars. Thanks for posting!

If it was bought used and the previous owner returned it to stock, but had a stock ported IM, throttle body and stock ported Exhaust mani that he didnt remove, it could have added to the power.... just a thought.

Yes, the car was bought used for 18k @ 53k mileage from a used car dealer. Since the car looked stock and it didn't look like anything was moved in or out from the engine bay, I didn't bother to ask.

But I'm plenty happy knowing that I have decent power for an Evo that won't be modified for awhile. Although it does kind of suck since I don't know what else is in the car.

Sean @ FFtec says there might be some mild mod to the car.

Pull a valve cover off... Maybe the previous owner forgot his cams??

The porting of stock manifolds could possibly be it as well, or both.

Wow, 18k for a IX SE with decent mileage sounds like a steal. Congrats on the power.
