Evo IX RS E85 418/457 Stock Turbo

I had the pleasure of getting my stock turboed 9 RS tuned by Evan Smith of ESTUNED last night. I also had my new cams, valve springs, titanium retainers, and head studs all installed at his shop prior to the tune. Everything went as planned, and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Next round of mods are ported intake manifold, 65mm throttle body, o2 dump housing and a clutch. Here are the results...

418whp/457tq @ 30 PSI

MODS:
06 IX RS
Stock turbo
E-85
Tomei PRO 270 Cams
GSC Beehive Valve Springs
GSC Titanium Retainers
MAP Head Studs
ETS 3.8" Garrett core intercooler
Spoolinup COP
Perrin full intake
Muse Upper/Lower Intercooler pipe
3" TBE
Megan O2 Housing
FIC 1100cc High-Z Injectors
Walbro Fuel Pump
Muse Upper/Lower Intercooler pipe
Crushed IX BOV
IKH24 plugs gapped at .022
Stock clutch/stock intake manifold/stock throttle body/stock exhaust manifold

Correction factor is also fairly high Evan said. So torque isnt really as high as this.

Looks good though!

Here with 2944 Elevation we have seen as high as 1.15 CF... But with uncorrected we can still make great power.

This car runs out of steam by 7K some port work ect will help VE up top!

Thats what I'm talking about. By the way, I had my last RS up to 470 wtq and never broke anything. More than 2 years strong of high boost, high tq, high hp. New owner now has a hta green and still on stock longblock.
You can say I Love Evo IXs.

I've followed your last evo and now your current one, hopefully once I get some things sorted I can run as well as you have. Thanks

One of the cars I built tuned is in Arizona. Exact power band as my last RS and this current RS.
Owner goes to college out there. White IX GSR. Maybe you'll run into him sometime.
