First "real" tune and dyno run

Hey all

Just wanted to share my results from yesterdays tune at Force Performance in Fayetteville NC. First I want to thank the guys at FP they have great attitudes and seem to love what they do, a quality shop for sure. The car feels 100 times better than the garbage tune I had befor.

2006 evo IX GSR
Mods
TBE with stock o2 housing
AMS front mount with AMS lower piping
AMS MBC set 24-25
K+N cone filter stock intake tube
Walbro 255 FP installed yesterday
ARP head studs installed yesterday
Kelford 272 cams installed yesterday

All runs were done on 93oct and it was over 100F in the shop. The best and last sheet is attached
PS sorry but it is kind of hard to read and not in color.

id have to say those numbers are really good nice mod choice, 330 ish on a mustang dyno would be like 360ish on a dynojet and given about 100*f in the room at the time of dyno. nice work. Sounds like down the road you need a bigger 02 housing and a possible turbo swap haha, cuz u know the performance never ends.

Yeah it is a sickness for sure!! The only future plans as of now are clutch first then maybe a stock housing turbo (FP or BBK) and injectors. I am really not too interested in huge numbers just a fun car to rip around in and occasional track day.

Yep stock springs and retainers. I am currently revving to the factory limit. The turbo really falls off after that point anyway.

Nice numbers, I saw the car when you dropped it off. Definitely one of the cleanest evo's I have ever seen!

Enjoy it.

well i made 385 hp and 355 tq on a dynojet, for the street for a dd, about the perfect amount of hp/tq you want. So far my fp red has been good to me og 64mm with 30k plus on it. So after you do your clutch do an 02 housing but dont go cheap look into titek invidia or somethin along those lines, dont do a megan unless your gonna port it. But good luck congrats on your power.

I'm willing to bet it would be close to 380 on a dynojet.

Nice numbers.

Do you know why they set your weight to 3625lbs. Thats a little porky for just one passenger.

Thanks

I was thinking the same thing. I have never had my car on a scale before. Not sure what it should weigh in at.

Doesn't a mustang dyno work without using vehicle weight ?
