Another newby question...

I also recently tested out an air intake on my car , which I bought bone stock . When I put on the new cone filter and went to go get on it down the street, and the car completely bogged out . Is that a problem that a tune would have to be in order to solve ? Or is there a simple fix ? Again, any help is much appreciated !! Thanks all !!

wrong section for the post

any chance you clamped the intake directly to the filter without using the maf?

I know I'm sorry I just realized that !! And no I know I had the MAF plugged in correctly ....I'm not sure what to do . The cars normal drive-ability was fine , it was only when I planted the throttle did it really bog out almost.

Sounds like a MAF related issue.

And as you stated... wrong forum.
