Current mods: Buschur V-band turbo back exaust system, Buschur Deluxe fmic, ETS uicp with evo 9 bov, ets licp, stock head with just springs, retainers but stock cams

Dyno: car made @ base tune 252whp ( safe mode )

Install kit, JM fab 3" Intake pipe kit w/ K&N filter, ID 2200, fuel rail,
Afpr kit, Buschur ported Intake exaust manifold, 65mm TB, speed
Density conversion !!!

What I'm thinking of getting / doing : Built Longblock ( 2.1L , built Shep drivetrain )
Upgrade to Race Fmic, Aem Ems, Buschur COP.....

Goal : 550-600hp on Daily Driving w/ E85 tuning !!!

My question to you guys , does anyone have my setup and making reliable power ? Do I need to change up anything to reach my HP goal ?

 

a lot of my customers have similar things you mentioned. i would add a good set of cams to your list as well.. either kelford 272 or gsc s2 .. if you dont mind sacrificing 300rpm downlow for more top end then you can go with s3's also.

Scott / Badev0 picked up 5mph from switching to speed density and gsc s3's. no need to swap stock ecu.. but its your $.

 

Cams, 02 housing, intake/exhaust manifold (ported stockers work just fine)

 

I dont see a 02 housing on your list. i would recommend a one piece 02 housing///dump from map performance. and definately some cams.
