thanks man ... Thanks for answering all my questions ,you have been really helpful to me .. and also thanks to TOM ... Cus you can put thousands of money in a car in quality parts but the TUNE is one of the most important things which will make all your parts last and make the car drive and work perfect.. TSCOMPTUNED have make this goal happen ... Thanks again FAISAL for letting me meet TOM@TSCOMPTUNED

May I ask why you AFR's are @ 11.0~11.5 on e85? I thought 12~12.5 was better?

Good numbers nice work. Does that give more torque w/lower AFR's

The leaner the meaner. Leaner AFRs will provide better numbers, but obviously there's a breaking point at which those numbers will reach their peak and eventually decrease instead of increase.

But I believe Tom is trying to control the torque curve as much as possible, therefore the AFRs are richer, but obviously Tom will have to chime in.

I believe stock blocks are limited to 400 tq .. Tom control my torque to have the car safe .. I believe if i get 12s afr the torque will be too high since is leaner thats why you see in the graph 11.0 and so higher 11s on afr .. If you follow the torque curve you see what afr does on torque

I keep the afr conservative because when the temps change its gonna go leaner. So I account for everything possible when I'm tuning a car and the temps when I'm doing it. You also have to keep in mind not all AFR gauges/sensors are created equal, so i just stay on the safe side.

Tq is kept down for safety yes. Stock blocks live a long life if kept around 380tq. past that and you can hurt rods if you don't know how to drive the car.

And this is coming from someone who has put stock blocks over 500tq and 750whp.

For those wondering how it made good power with minimal mods, its because of the E85. The ethanol makes the stock FMIC sufficient enough to do the job. On 93oct this car wouldn't be that impressive due to the FMIC and FL heat.
