Turn down pipe and retune

Had my car retuned after figuring out that my exhaust was holding my 6466 back on the initial tune. I added a turn down pipe at the down pipe and removed the rest of the exhaust. and walla almost 90whp/40tq gained adding a few more psi.
PSI 2.0LR (11:0 compression)
PTE 6466
PSI CNC race head
PSI Top Mount Turbo Kit
Skunk 2 intake manifold
70mm TB
Buschur double pumper
FIC 2150 inj
ETS 3.5" inch intercooler
Grim speed 3 port
Exedy Triple

With out turn down@39psi

With turn down @42psi

That color looks awesome on the evo.

Graph looks perfect for what you use the car for also.

Thanks Tom, my tuner kept her pretty safe for what the boost levels are. 11.6afr and 14* timing. Car runs smooth. 10.4@144 loosing my accessory drive belt mid pass and it felt like I hit boost cut when I lost power at the top of 3rd.

Turn down for what? Power

I had similar results with my exhaust setup. When I drop my exhaust from the downpipe, I pick up 50whp consistently. Boost goes down a couple psi but power goes up, sure sign of restriction.

Love the color. Is that a wrap or paint?

Its paint leguna blue form the M3. I had it painted at one day paint and body which is pretty much the same as Macco. Came out pretty good for $600 lol. Less money spent on paint means more money spent on power

Digging the LSB. I like it more on the evo than I do the ///M.

Ya thats how my car is. it peaks 12* at 8000RPM. mines really conservative. Yep you lost your alternator power, so im sure your tune was instantly affected by that.

Yeah that's what I figured

Great power and that color is awesome on an EVO.
Thanks, Im trying to keep up with one of your customers named Cory Cody, he is a good friend of mine and just moved back out here to AZ.

What was your exhaust setup before you removed it?
Looks like its an home made 3" with just a HKS muffler. It has nasty bends in it that prob steps down to 2.5" in some areas.

Hoosiers feel good but I haven't got them dialed in yet. Im still pullig 1.8-1.9 60s but I think its more me then the tires. Ive seen 1.4s on these things.
