First Time Dyno Tuning What Should I Bring?

So next Tuesday I will be taking my Evolution VIII to Boostin Performance for a dyno tune but I've never been to a pro tuning session before.

What if anything should I bring with me?

Are there any questions or concerns you think I should make sure to cover with my tuner?

Thanks for all the help!

1. gap spark plugs to .018" - .020"
2. make sure the car has no vacuum or boost leaks
3. make sure nothing can vibration and create false knock in the engine bay and exhaust system
4. make sure no oil leaks
5. make sure fuels good
6. your mod list for tuner
7. money

just in general bring a healthy care and you will get a good tune.

I was tuned by Boostin . They will do boost leak test before tune ( free) and will ask what's the last time you cleaned your injectors . You better have them clean or they will for extra $100.

Thanks for the reply!

I wasn't sure if I should touch the spark plug gaps or ignition because it would differ from what the car was likely last set too. Long story short I just bought the car and had a tuner check some quick logs and my rom and tell me my tune and timing were way off so that's I set up the appointment at Boostin.

Just bought the car so I'll assume that hasn't been done (car is only 22000 miles but it's an 03) and I'll look into a how to for that. Thank you

And have patience because it could be time consuming sometimes.

If they're willing to make adjustments to the car, not sure if that's a thing they do, I'd be willing to stay open to close lol I just want what's best for the car and to have the utmost confidence in it.

Go with a friend, bring a 30 pack of beer for yourself. Make him drive you home when done. Its a win win.
