TTP Engineering - Bad
TTP is a garbage. I bought my car back in 08' with a tune that they did for the previous owner. Wayyyyy to much timing in the tune to be safe (motor didn't last). Unfortunatrly at the time i was very new to the platform so i didnt know any better. I also had the same issue back then when trying to contact them for some information.
My advice is get the car retuned by one of the reputable vendors on this board, and don't look back.

The OP sounds a little butt hurt on something he never paid for. The company has all the right to withhold the information from him. Hey OP, stop being a lil bish and pony up 200 for your own dyno run ya cheap tard. People thinking they have all the rights to other peoples things, lawl. Go get a job scumbag.
TTPs response, LMFAO
This person is not a client of our company and was trying to impersonate an actual client of our company to obtain their personal information to exploit. They asked for credit card numbers on prior transactions and we have contacted local law enforcement to file charges against this person.

I don't think that's the issue at all. It's the attitude and manner in which they responded to him that's disturbing the OP. As for calling him a scumbag, well your a really big man arn't you? Actually there are way to many people like you throwing out degrading comments while hiding behind a keyboard. You know what that makes you look like right?
Common sense would dictate you treat all people as potential customers when running a business. IMHO
This tends to happen when you have a hard time understanding what you tried to get away with. I would have done the same if it were my business and you were trying to obtain co-workers CC information.

And Im not hiding behind a keybaord. Im stating the situation how it is. Im not sugar coating it, something your kind likes to do. Time for you to grown up and move into the real world where not everything is rainbows and ponys. You think someone who is trying to impersonate a person FROM TTP while trying to get THAT same persons CC information is in the right? You have a very deranged since of right and wrong. Is your last name Clinton?
1) The OP tried to pass off as someone else
2) In the google review TTP said that he was trying to get CC data. (Not his own)
3) Yes TTP may be ****, but they are still a company and can treat people how they want to. Their actions will reflect their business and thats on them. The fact still remains, there was no need for the shop to give out this information to anyone other then the original person. He could not prove he was that person, therefore no dyno sheet. Wow, common sense.

Lol didn't think they were in business still. I too thought this was an old bump.
Its funny bc there are two completely different stories going on here. Not knowing the OP personally or TTP I can't say for sure who is lying. But think about it this way...if you were the OP and you were trying to obtain CC info if they denied you the info would you go and make negative reviews on google and post on here with a made up story about trying to obtain a dyno sheet to cover your own ***?
That doesn't seem very likely from my perspective but maybe that's bc I'd like to think Im a reasonable person.
Now, if youre a business and someone within your company acted inappropriately and it became known you have a couple options. One is to accept fault take responsibility and apologize. The other option is to deny it and make up some ludicrous story to try and make yourself look innocent.
This is the appropriate response and could have been handled so easily. I can understand not wanting to give out the info and can't blame them for that, but it could have been handled so much more appropriately.

Wow, this could have simply been handled with..
I'm sorry that we are unable to help you as we don't divulge our clients private info to others. Please have the client contact us and we will be more than happy to get him what he needs.
Sincerely the best,

Very well said. Someone is lying. If I had to say whom, It would be the OP due to how butthurt he is over a dyno sheet. Do companies lie, yea. But again, I go back to your idea of "reasonable people".
There could also be more to the story that the op "decided" to leave out.
So to state my point, why believe either? Everyone already knows TTP is low on the vendor list. Most people go with other vendors. And this dude isnt selling anything, so throw him on a block list and never buy parts from him.
Problem solved?

It is far more beliveable that they made the credit card story up to cover their ***. Who would pay someone all this money for their car, then go through the shop who tuned said car and try to steal credit card information? That's not even a good lie lol. I think they obviously made up some bs story that nobody can factually deny, so then it's the shops word over a random person. I think the entire situation is super petty. The shop could've handled this in a much more respectful mannor. The OP could've just payed a little money and got the car dyno'd to have some numbers, and not started a huge ordeal. But nobody likes to feel disrespected for no reason, so I see why this is playing out.
Damn that sucks. Anywho my car has had its tune from Scott since 2010 and the car is still running like a champ with over 100k miles on it.
Usually there are three sides to a story. What he said, what she said, and what actually happened. And no I don't necessarily mean he vs she just trying to create a distinction between the two parties.
This situation is extremely petty and unfortunately we probably won't ever know the truth and I mean no disrespect to the OP or TTP.
Im trying my best to see both sides of the story and not instantly latch on to one side vs the other. But assuming the email exchange is actually what the OP posted then I don't see where he attempted to gain CC info. Of course that could have been purposely left out from the email string but from what Im seeing, its a battle back and forth and all they said is that they would not release info paid for by another person which I understand.
I'd be interested in seeing a screenshot of the entire email string vs it being copied and pasted. Sure you can photoshop anything you want but I think a screenshot from initial outreach to last response would be a little more credible.

I would guarantee that you wouldn't say these things to my face, so yes your hiding behind a keyboard. please don't try and coax me down to your level. I don't sugar coat $h1t.
At what part did I try to gain access to coworkers CC information...? Lol :/ you should really read my friend. 👍🏻 It will serve you well.

There are too many problems with your post for me to even begin to comment on it. Lolol.
