I only looked because you asked. I didn't see it originally either
It's a pricy setup when we can't use our O2 housing, downpipe, and internal WGA.

On pump gas, the car went to 28 psi 400 whp. Fuel was not issued boost felt off after 6000 so I was thinking that i might have a boost leak. But on E85 no real issue but I will be working to locate if that car has a boost leak.

BTW I did use my original downpipe. I had to modify the original gasket to make it fit in the FP housing! No exhaust leak but it was not easy. I used a grinder to make the doughnut slightly bigger

What Sean meant is that 550 whp capability of 255 is on pump gas or C16. Because Ethanol gas requires up to 30% more flows for E85. So for E70, it needs about 24% more flow, reducing your 550 whp capability to 418whp, which is inline with what he got.
I think I miscalculated. I should have divided 550 by 1.24 and gotten 443whp. 550×0.76 is wrong.

i applaud you for upgrading to this new SS setup. It's too much of a cost for me since I've already bought the O2 housing with ceramic coating, 3" Downpipe, and TurboSmart wastgate actuator.

Actually, that's pretty creative to plumb it back into O2 housing.

I understand you need more ethanol about 30% more than gasoline. As you see I made 505 whp and the tuner didn't push it to the tune to edge. I ask the local around and a couple of them are still running a single Walbro making over 500 whp but none over 600 whp as you for need 450 or the double pump

I was not happy at first because i didn't know about the SS! I call fp and if I knoew what know now I would send my 9 turbo to get the twin scroll. But TQ is the killer so I trade off the responsiveness for to top end! At first i didn't like it to much lag. I had bbk full prior to the red. But on E70 it's a different lag is minimal. Love the car

Wow, that's a lot for 255. How was your tuning session? Did you both ride in your car on a flat street to make this VD?

yeah it was a long afternoon. He help fixing the Flex Fuel set up and a lot of driving. Yes we both were in the car and he explains everything he was doing. I just started to learn data logging so i understand some aspect of tunning. He educated me about my car, which was great

Yeah I love it! It hit hard at around 5000 all the way to red line. I'm happy with it, just trying now to improve the spool but amazing. Thanx to my tuner at AWHP.
