dvd player bypass

does any one have a how to or any kind of help the head unit is an alpine iva d300 and we are trying to bypass it so i dont have to stay in park to watch dvd's

i believe all that it looks for is a ground which is why it only works with the parking brake up

Yes, just ground the thing and put a toggle switch on it instead of running it to the parking brake. This has been asked and answered several times.

Best solution in the world, I have one hooked up to my alpine indash. No more parking break, the dvd player will play all the time without doing any annoying sequences.....PAC FTW!!!!
