unpluggin ECU for security

i heard someone mention that removing the ECU Fuse would increase car security becuase i dont currently have an alarm and im waiting for my lojack to be installed within the next few days. which fuse is it...and also does it reset anything or do anything that would make it not even worth removing it...

Moving to Audio and Security, since this is clearly a security issue.

Wouldn't installing a discreet kill switch be a lot simpler? It would certainly keep you from digging for the fuse every time you wanted to start the car.
