how are they "illuminated"? i would think bulb

 

I think the light trix stuff looks ricey. I like my OEM cluster amber backlighting, just wish it was a little bit brighter.

 

I want to convert to all green...

 

I love the OEM, although I'm convinced it's not amber it's red, maybe I'm just blind. Anyway, I did just order the lightrikz conversion kit for the HVAC, one thing I can't stand is that it's not all one color. I'm sure the conversion kit is overpriced but it saves me the time finding the right bulbs it's good by me. Now all I need is some red gel's so I can convert my new headunit and I'll be all set.

 

Open it up, and paint those bulbs.........That's what I did with my A/C controls backlighting, looks OEM

 

What do you paint the bulbs with?
