Installed new headunit
Just installed a Pioneer DEH-P7800 + XM Tuner + iPOD interface. The headunit install was a breeze, except for the positioning of the stock radio bracket. Had to drill a secondary hole about 10mm to toward the front of the car so that the trim ring would fit behind the center console bezel. A little bit of extra work, but it paid off. No visible gaps. XM Tuner and iPOD interface were mounted under the seat.

Thank ya, thank ya... Yeah, it does make a difference, which is surprising because upgraded headunit + stock speakers = usually pretty muddy. I laid down RCA's for amps for expansion of the system later. Regardless, so much better to sit in the car... to have 4 sources of music and entertainment. It rules! I didn't do the radio / gauge swap cuz I'm saving the cubby hole for boost controller (EVC) and A/F knock amp.
