Got some sound?

im looking to get a boomin system goin and dont know **** about stereos... i do know i want to completely rewires the audio system with thicker wire going to all the speakers and headunit etc.
but what i want is you guys opinion on product. id like to spend around 500 for a dvd/cd headunit or 350$ on a standard cd unit, maybe like 150-200 per set of 2 speakers 150 each on subs and i dunno whats good for amps maybe 250 each. id like to run one amp for the subs and one for the speakers any ideas.

im gona base it on ur budget so here it goes....

head unit : eclipse cd 5000 or cd 3000 (just a reg h/u)
dvd nav(if u want) : ___________

speakers - front alpine r series 6.5"
rear alpine s series 6.5"

subs doesnt really matter unless u really wanna go boom bopm while driving (hehe)...
amp for sub - performance teknique ( best bang for buck) or ppi

amp for speaker i would say ppi or eclipse ( night and day difference so get a nice amp for speakers)

well... this is just my opinion based on experience with these products and ur aforementioned budget..

and there is always a search option in this forum should u wish to discard my opinion..

alpine 9857 deck
only need one set of speakers (Fronts)..boston sl60 would be a good choice, image dynamics cxs6.4 as well. JL 10/12w3v3 subs.

amp wise, you could do an arc kar900.1 and 400.2.

you're pretty much limmited to eclipse or alpine in that case.

You could do
alpine 9857
alpine spx 6.5" components in the front
R subs
The only apline amps i would suggest are the PDX line, but they are more in the 800 range
