Question on Alpine D310 fitment
I just got this great player installed today and can't say anything bad about the player itself but I am a little bothered by how it doesn't sit flush with the rest of the dash. The installer said it's meant to fit this way so the flip screen can clear the dash when it comes out. Here's how mine fits.

Maybe some other flip-screen owners can chime in and show pics of how their players sit. For those of you who possibly have a flip-screen sitting flush maybe you can give me some tips on how to make that happen. Thanks for the help.
Jorge.

mine installed sticks out a little bit because i didnt have anymore room to push it back. I also wanted to give it a bit of clearance but thats way too much. I would recommend trying to put it further back or bring it to someone else if you dont know how to take apart the cd player
