Hey does anyone know how stock Recaro seats compare with Bride Ergo 2 / Xax 2 / Brix 2 in terms of bolster size at the legs and shoulders, hold, and comfort?

I'm really interested in the XAX 2 since this would be for a daily driver, but it seems like (from pics) the XAX 2 has even lower and less leg bolsters than stock Recaros! Can anyone comfirm or refute this?

Also I'm short 5'5 so I'm not sure if these seats would be too low for me. Are any of these taller than the others? Is there anything I can do to raise the seat height? And no thanks to the yellowpages

 

You can make spacer brackets to go between the seat and mounts. This will raise the seat. Use grade 8 hardware bolts to ensure safety.

I have Corbeaus and they have a large bolster. Very comfy but also pricey.

id take the ergo over the recaro...
the ergo for me had a better fit on my upper body, and more relaxed down low

 

For daily driver wouldnt the stock seats be more comfortable? The higher thigh bolsters would get in the way while entering and exiting the car.
