Will a Mini Battery Work With My System?
i've done searches already, but i wanna let you guys know what i have exactly. i have a Kenwood KVT-819DVD In Dash DVD Player, 4 Kenwood 280w KFC-P707 Component Speakers + 2 Tweeters, 2 Kenwood 1200w KFC-W3011 12" Subs, a Kenwood 1800w KAC-9103D mono amp, and a Rockford Fosgate 1 Farad Digital Capacitor. the amp and capacitor are running on 4 awg wires, the subs are running on 8 awg wires, and the speakers are running on 12 awg wires. will any mini battery be able to power my stereo system? how about a midsize battery? i'm not really interested in losing weight, i just want to have enough clearance for an AMS UICP so if a midsize battery will give enough clearance then i'll go with that.

im not sure about relocating my battery to my trunk. where would i put it because the box for my subs takes up the rear half of my trunk. can it fit on the opposite side of where the windshield wiper fluid is?

You can run a mini battery with any system as long as the charging system can handle the amp load. If I read the above correctly, your amps alone are 2000 Watts. on Charging system, you are pulling 85 amps at full howl. Your alternator currently is a 90 amp alternator fused to 80 amps, so you are already over-taxing your stock alternator and drawing lots of power from your battery.
If you go with a smaller battery as-is, you will drain your battery quicker, and your battery will go flat.
Luckily, I am doing a group buy on high output alternators. If you get a higher output alternator, you will not be drawing power from the battery while the engine is running, so you can go with a small battery (I am currently running a Braile Mini Carbon Fiber battery with ZERO issues). PM me if you would like in on the group buy, the link to the GB is in my signature.
PS. I like your mods list. on a CBR1000RR, I am currently runing K&N Filters, Micron Ti-Carbon exhaust, +3 rear, -1 front, speedo healer, USB III Dynapack with a custom tune, HID headlights, Blackstone Composites CF wheels with Dual Compound tires all around. I also have titanium peg scrapers for a cool spark effect while cornering hard :-)

same here. I also have flush front blinkers, taillight integrated rear blinkers, carbon fiber body work, and a custom paintjob. much of the alluminum is powdercoated or black chrome.
The bodywork and paintjob are only because I have scratched the sh** out of my stock body on the canyon roads I run. Luckily the CBR hides the cases in plastic so I havn't ruined any hard points... but I have replaced pegs and brake/clutch levers.
My bike has also caused me to be modified myself. I have a Titanium T-plate and 9 screws in my left arm just above my wrist.

This is totally off topic, so sorry to those on here watching.
Yes, I race the canyons hard, and look at motorcycles as disposable items. My CBR600RR lasted 2 months before I put myself in the hospital for 4 days, and 6 months of physical therapy after my distal radius (the big knot at the top of the bone that meets your wrist) exploded from a compression fracture.
Once I got an hour lecture from my surgeon and he cleared me for riding again, I purchased my 1000RR and planned a motorcycle trip with my buddy on his R1, we rode from Phoenix to San Diego and did Palomar mountain. but this was back when the locals were spreading oil in the corners to keep the cafe racers at bay and at the base there was snow, so we took it easy.
We started at Casa Grande, AZ at 6am, and had Lunch at Mother's Cafe on the top of Palomar at around 11am (do the math... he he he) After palomar we hit the coast and drove up to Santa Monica where we camped out for the night.
The next day we hit angels crest and the other roads out there so hard that we killed the day and could only make it far enough north to make it to SLO.
The next day started off beautifully, and we started up Highway 1, but when we got to San Simeon we got hit by two cold fronts and spent the rest of the day in the north canyons in the rain. Checked into our hotel in Berkley at around 8pm completely frozen, solid trailing water and grey skin , so much so that they allowed us to soak in the hot tub after hours to get our body temp up while they ran out to get our laundry done. (Thank you Doubletree Berkley!!!)
The next two days were a highspeed blast down 5 back to LA, and then the next day I-10 back to Phoenix. we got two tickets on that trip, both were within 2 hours of each other on I-5
My friend and I did alot of canyon road trips back when I was in AZ. We would ride to LA to do the canyons north along the fault line, we would ride out to eastern AZ to do the Devils highway, but if we only had a day, we would go up to Yarnell where the roads were designed for sportbike riders. They are banked, uphill and smooth as glass. The asphault is so smooth it adds alot of confidence.
Now I'm stuck in Florida, my 1000 gets here next week, but even with it here, there is NOTHING to do with it. Everyone out here is low and slow. wearing a T-shirt, shorts, sunglasses and their helmet strapped to the back of the bike. Extended and lowered swingarms on stock 600s! They look like they are going to a bike show, when I get on my bike I look like I'm going into battle. Helmet, Kevlar, carbon Fiber, leather and knee pucks.
Anyways, back on to topic. Get a high output battery during the GP, and you will have no problem with a mini battery. Just don't bump while you're engine isn't running for long!
