Trouble removing cubby hole

I have a radio relocation kit (was on it when I bout it). I took the two screws out. but i'm still having trouble removing it (for an after market deck). I tried prying...but it didn't seem to work, and I didn't want to pry to hard. Any suggestions?

try taking off the radio/climate control panel first then maybe push it out from the inside...good luck.

IIRC, Should be able to just pull it after taking the screws out. Shouldnt have to pry, simply pull.

it should just pull out unless they did something else to it. on the lower part of the cubby its just the two screws on the top and two clips on the bottwom that hold the cubby in place
