Hi all!

Just wondering if there is any regulated 5VDC on the Evo!

I will need that for supplying power to a Fuel Pressure Sending Unit that it is required 5VDC regulated as the main power.

That can be solved with a 7805 chip to regulate from 12VDC but i think that having one from the ECU (maybe) will make the installation cleaner.

Any ideas?

 

I think there is a 5v connection on the ECU harness....

I just looked at the IX ECU diagram and seems to be pin 42.

 

Oh my bad! The one i mentioned was for the Evo 8....glad i was able to help somewhat!

 

Actually.... you were right and by looking at the Evo IX pin out I was able to locate the right cable for the 5VDC.
