Defi Imperial w/ Control Unit

I tried to install (to me) the easiest installs on an evo..... boost, oil, egt gauge. Anyways, while installing the boost gauge i tapped into the stock radios wiring harness. Now the clock and the radio dont work anymore. I have searched and realized most people run into the same problem, which would be the tapping of the constant 12v wire.

The car starts and runs perfectly fine, windows work, lights work. I popped my hood and checked the fuse box and nothing is blown. very strange I cant seem to find the problem. I would greatly appreciate it very much for any help or any thoughts.
