Help with Clifford matrix rs3.5

i recently came up with a problem...whenever i press the lock button, the car does not receive any signal. i remember dropping the remote a couple times, but other than that, nothing else happened. is there a solution to this?

thanks

does the remote say your not getting signal but sometimes all functions still work?

Check your antenna connections on your remote start at the brain, and at the antenna. If those are all good, most likely your remote is going bad. Doesnt matter if your remote hasnt been dropped or not, sometimes they just go bad. Had that problem with one of my pythons.

No, it now sounds like a different problem.

Check your connections of the antenna first, both the brain and the antenna itself. If those are both connected. It now sounds like your remote needs to be reprogrammed. If you hit any function on the remote and nothing ever works, should just need to be reprogrammed. Did you by chance replace the battery or anything?

Try this. Start at page 35 to reprogram your current remote that you have. You must know where the valet switch from the remote start is in order to program.

lol, come to chicago, ill fix it :-P

its a pain to try and type how to find everything and fix it. I would say look through that user manual I gave you and find the location of the valet switch and led and follow the wiring to find their locations if they are even plugged in.

ebay, you can get either the viper, python, or clifford remote
http://cgi.ebay.com/BRAND-NEW-DEI-RE...3A1%7C294%3A50
http://cgi.ebay.com/Replacement-LCD-...3A1%7C294%3A50
http://cgi.ebay.com/Clifford-479X-2-...3A1%7C294%3A50

any one of those 3 remotes will work for you. Normally those sell for $100++ in stores. its just finding the best deal or whats affordable to you
