HID level adjuster problem

Need help. My passenger side headlight keeps going up and down constantly very annoying. It only does this when the level is at 0. If I adjust it to a different level it stops doing it. Also you can't tell it's doing this just by looking at the headlight, but only when the beam is against something. Like the rear bumper of the car in front. Anyone with a similar problem, fix solution?

Need help thanks.

Without lots of details this is tough to comment on, but I worked on and chased a crazy leveler issue months ago. I got a lot of help from the forum. One of the issues was my 'Salvage' Title car, for which wiring was somewhat hacked around from theft. However when all was said and done the leveling was solved by buying a new leveler dash switch from mitsu. It was only 24 bucks, and likely the best 24 bucks I have spent from Mitsu.

I got it at SouthCoast Mitsu in SoCal, and have a SoCalEvo discount, which is substantial. I took the old switch apart and its a complex and dainty little unit with lots of moving sliding parts to establish which level you are selecting. My suggestion is to replace the leveler switch, or borrow one from a friend where you know its working fine.
