Question turbo timer is turning on and off

so i installed a greddy turbo timer in my evo 8..followed directions step by step that i got online from evomoto.com

now the weird thing is after i turn the car off and the car runs with the timer on..it shuts off after a minute lets say then the turbo timer turns on again and turns the car on to acc mode and counts down again..

also, i noticed if i shake or move the timer it turns on and off..

could it be a faulty turbo timer with bad connections inside the unit?

i bought it used so maybe it had an issue before i bought it or could i have done something wrong?

It sounds like a short somewhere. Since it's a used timer I'd think it was that. Might try checking all your connections again to double check it is hooked up right.

Ditch the turbo timer. We don't need them...

I haven't used mine in over a 1 year + ...just cruise to your destination. It does sound like you have a faulty unit

if you can shake it around and the power goes on and off, I would agree with the above postings. Either a bad unit with something loose inside, or a bad power or ground connection to the unit.
