Another electrical problem! need help!

Okay, so im driving and as im braking, i notice my radio and boost/afr gauge lights flickering. The next time i hop in my car, the radio and clock dont turn on, gauge lights arent coming on, and my rear wiper isnt working. I know that most of the stuff gets power from the radio, which i checked and is getting source voltage from the battery. Im almost positive that it's a bad ground, but i dont know where the ground could be. Has anybody else had this problem? If not, does anybody know where i can start looking for the ground???

If you have an aftermarket radio, check the illumination wire, usually orange and see if it's grounding out.

Did you install the gauges, OP? If they are getting power from the radio then you should be able to pull the radio out and expect the wiring, including grounds.

Another idea could be if the driver's side kick panel that covers some wiring has been damaged by water (fairly common occurence). See this thread for a possible place to investigate. If there is some corrosion then I wouldn't be surprised if this is the culprit. Good luck!
