Reduce road and enine noise NO NOT ANOTHER ONE!

Ok I am not trying to start another sound deadening thread. I read a thread a while back and I cant find it. There is a member who was VERY knowledgeable about sound deadening. He broke it down and listed the correct materials to use. He said Dynamat and all that type of stuff was NOT what you should use. I have been lookn for his informatoin all morning and cant find it. Can anyone help?
