Japan would be your best bet
but i dont think they sell the parts by itself
or u have to look one that is crash and is in halfcut shops...
you are better off getting aftermarket seats or evo 6 seats
even if u can find it, they are selling it very expensive, u can buy bride if u top up just abit more money...

 

check on lancer register there are a few pairs for sale on there, i wanna get a set as well(if i end up painting my car red)
