My driver's side tail light got busted out so I decided to replace it with a set I bought off a forum member.

I popped it in but the brake light won't turn on if the headlights/DRL aren't on. Short of swapping the bits and pieces between my two tail lights, is there anything easier I can do? Or something I might be doing wrong?

Turns out it was just a bad bulb :P I didn't know it would have such a wonky effect. The weirdest part was that swapping the bulb from the working light didn't fix it.
