Any one know what bumper this is. Its on a 2003 evo 8.

I would agree with that. The lip doesn't stick out as far as a vortex and its more shapely in the middle.
I have been looking for so long. I was told by previous owner it is a do luck replica. I haven't found any other pictures of a do luck bumper just lips.

I say ebay replica, it looks to have terrible fit and looks to need body work.

Could be an older D-Luck replica. IMHO it really doesn't fit the lines of the car at all. Not really a fan of that bumper at all.
