Just wondering if anybody knew where to get the oem 16pin plug/connector. I'm asking this because my bro's stereo got stolen and they managed to cut the oem harness and take the oem plug too.

Since no one replied, have you tried contacting one of the folks parting out their cars?

 

Heh oddly enough, I may have one. I don't use integration harnesses with aftermarket stereos, so I cut my factory plugs off lol. I'll let you know when I get home later tonight.

 

Google "Metra 71-7001" the "70-7001" harness will be the harness male harness that plugs into it.

You'll just need to get the vehicles wiring diagram to rewire it to the Metra harness, which I kindly posted below.

Not sure if there are 16 wires behind this plug but these are the mains one to get your radio working and playing through your speakers.

Radio 12V ...................................red/black
Radio Ground.............................(chassis)
Radio Accessory..........................blue/yellow
Radio Illumination.......................green/white
Power Antenna...........................yellow
Left Front Speaker (+/-)..............red/white - red/blue
Right Front Speaker (+/-)............red - green
Left Rear Speaker (+/-)...............white/blue - yellow/red
Right Rear Speaker (+/-).............lt. green - yellow/green
