Certain batteries won't start car

Having trouble understanding what's going on so I figured I'd see what everyone else thought.

I pulled off my throttle body and cleaned it up and reattached it. I didn't mark where the TPS was so I just put back as close to what it looked like before as possible. Car seems to drive fine.

My issue is the Optima yellowtop battery that used to start my car fine doesn't any more. Everything lights up when I put the key in, but once I attempt to start it everything goes black and it looks like the car is running on no power.

I tried this same procedure with an Optima Redtop and very similar results.

I then had both batteries tested and they came back fine. Used both of them and started up my brother's TT Supra without a problem at all.

Funny thing is a Odyssey mini battery and my brother's stock Supra battery both start up my car and it runs with no issues. Any thoughts??

Make sure your starter ground didn't come loose or the battery terminals aren't loose or have acid build up. The starter ground came loose on my honda once and I had to sand down the spot where it was bolted to get a better ground. It sounds like the ground because you still have power. This never has happened on my evo though.

I had the same probem on my evo once and it turned out that the ground terminal on the battery had a little build up in it and prevented it from making a good connection. Cleaned it off and haven't ran into the problem again

I have the same problem with my IX, but my batteries (I don't say battery because I killed 2 Odysseys and 1 mapperformance in a few months period) are empty.
The alt is loading (14.5V when motor running), the batteries are loading (13V after having driven, but in a few hours battery is 10V...

I dont' find where the leak is located...
