Pic/Info: Best option for all red interior dash lights!

Hey everyone im new to the site I have a Evo IX and was wondering whats the best option for an all red dash lights? The instrument cluster is kinda dim, would like to make it brighter, I would like to turn the cigarette lighter, hvac, clock and even the window switches(basically anything white not matchin the red). I've searched a ton and found some ideas but cant find a straight answer or a led kit that would do the trick maybe? Any pics and info would be greatly appreciated thanks

you need to paint the existing bulbs or replace the existing bulbs with led's

There aren't any complete kits currently available.

The problem with adding led's is that the light they give off is pretty directional. Not illuminating a large area properly.

What I did was pull all the mini bulbs out, remove the rubber sleeve on them (which is to distribute the light evenly) and took an orange paint pen to the entire bulb.

You have to be pretty patient getting the paint to adhere.

Mine turned out great. An exact match.

The OEM gauge cluster is orange, at least that's what my girlfriend and I believe.

If you used red I think it would turn out too dark.

I haven't had a battery in my car for a few months, but when I do I will be sure to get some pictures.

This stuff right here is the closest match to the OEM lighting... http://www.createforless.com/Delta+C...e/pid9719.aspx

Just paint the bulbs with it, and you're good to go. You can find it at Wal-Mart. I have had it on my EVO's for years and never had to repaint them.
