flush like the stock head unit no. but it as a trim piece and it fits perfect. ill snap a pic when i pick the car up. its actually nice. sticks out maybe 3/4 of an inch

I was thinking I might get a jvc a815 just because it's everything I want with rear USB. No sure if it will sit flush though.

I ended up buying a pioneer avh- 4300dvd. I think satellite radio is on it.
