Leaky Windshield Washer Fluid Reservoir

Well I top off the tank and come outside 10 minutes later and I see this

I view in the inlet and see this line that's exposed..
What's it need to be plugged into??

The attached picture with the mesh is looking into the left lower duct.... where the lines are clipped onto the tank.
